El Representa, the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney, allows you to configure an email address or distribution group where weekly notices of the representations that are pending validation for their management.
El Representa allows you to create two types of representations based on what supports them, representavoluntary actions or, representations supported by a previous document. The representaVoluntary actions do not require validation, but simply acceptance by the other person involved in the action. representation and when its creation is requested they remain in “Pending acceptance” awaiting this action.
Those representations that have a document attached that supports them, that is, a document that attests to the existence of that representation require validation by a public worker with a legal profile.
Who validates the representations made when they require validation?
This is an organizational issue, given the lack of precision in the law on this issue. For this reason, from REPRESENTA It has been decided that the validation of powers of attorney will be carried out by:
• General power of attorney: the organization whose headquarters has been accessed to register the representation (in the case of representa(e.g. applications made electronically) or the organization to which the application has been submitted representation (in the case of representa(in person).
• Empowerment of bodies: specific body to which the representation.
• Empowerment in procedures: specific body to which the representation.
In this sense, it must be taken into account that it is a collaborative registry of shared responsibility, so it is advisable to rely on the actions of other user administrations, without prejudice to the fact that it may subsequently be required to the interessat the accreditation of the representation.

In the “Entity data configuration” section, you can add an email address to receive notifications with the list of representations that an entity has (Mail validations pending). More info at Let's start with the Representa >> Data configuration of the ens.
If you report an email address in this field, you will receive an email once a week with all the representatations with status "Pending validation" and "Under review" from your organization (Mondays at 10 am).
