Improvement of notices in representation searches
El Representa, the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney, allows you to configure an e-mail address or distribution group to send weekly notices of the representations that are pending validation for their management.
Representa allows you to create two types of representations depending on what supports them, voluntary representations or representations supported by a previous document. Voluntary representations do not require validation, but simply acceptance by the other person involved in the representation and when their creation is requested, they remain in "Pending Acceptance" pending this action.
Those representations that have attached a document that supports them, that is, a document that attests to the existence of that representation, require validation by a public worker with a legal profile.
Who validates the representations made when they require validation?
This is an organizational issue, given the lack of precision in the law on this issue. For this reason, REPRESENTA has chosen that the validation of powers will be carried out by:
• General power of attorney: the body whose registered office has been accessed to register the representation (in the case of representations carried out electronically) or the body to which the representation has been applied (in the case of representations carried out by face-to-face).
• Empowerment of bodies: specific body to which the representation is granted.
• Empowerment in procedures: specific body to which the representation is granted.
In this sense, it must be taken into account that it is a collaborative register of shared responsibility, so it is advisable to trust the actions of other user administrations, notwithstanding that the interested party may subsequently be required to accreditation of the representation.
How do I know that there are representations pending validation?
The service allows you to set up an e-mail address or distribution group where you can send weekly notifications of representations that are pending validation for management. For more information: How is a representation that requires documentation review validated?
In the "Ens data configuration" section, you can add an e-mail to receive notices with the list of representations that an entity has (E-mail pending validations). More info at Let's start with Representa >> Data configuration of the ens.
If you report an email address in this field, you will receive, once a week, an email with all the representations with the status "Pending validation" and "Under review" of your organization (on Mondays at 10 hours).
