New functionality of Representa: Multilingual translation of families and procedures
Share
Soon, all user administrations will be able to report and manage in multiple languages the elements of your procedures catalog. Specifically, the possibility of adding the translation of the family names and name of the procedures in the following languages:
Spanish
Aranese
Anglès
This improvement complements the fact that the Citizen Portal is already available in multilingual, and allows the content displayed to be coherent and accessible in all languages. It will also facilitate the understanding of procedures and families by citizens and strengthen the accessibility of the contents of the catalogue.
Where is the new option?
The functionality will be available in the editing section of the catalog of families and procedures.
By selecting the “Modify” button, the specific screen for each family or procedure will open, where you will find the necessary fields to report the different translations.
Catalog management via CSV file
Remember that the catalog of families and procedures can also be loaded and updated using CSV files. Two new templates have been enabled —one for procedures and one for families— that incorporate three additional columns to report the name in the new languages. The incorporation of this data is completely optional, so you only need to fill it in if you want to use the multilingual functionality.
Likewise, to make it easier to download the new templates, two buttons have been added to the file upload screen that will allow you to download them directly.
