Characteristics

Integrated service

It offers an integrated "pack" of tools and a work system that accompanies municipalities to cross the border towards digitization and efficient use of e-government

Common work system

Includes a common management and work system compatible with archival integration elements (check-in and check-out digitization, process diligence, file management, task management, etc.)

Promotion of basic e-government services

The work system is combined with the promotion and use of basic e-government services: electronic registration, e-TRAM, electronic signature, e-BOARD, e-NOTUM, Via Oberta and iARXIU.

Deployment of the service

The e-SET deployment works are carried out through consultancy tasks and have a minimum duration of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months, depending on the starting situation and the number of workers involved in the change.

Modalities of service implementation

The working model can be implemented, whether or not we have a technological solution for processing and managing files, as long as it is adapted to the model

Cost of service

This service comes at a cost to the beneficiaries which is regulated by a public price in accordance with the specific conditions of service provision
