Address 2.0: the AOC's collaborative, efficient and secure work model

In an increasingly digital context and with a hybrid work model already fully consolidated, the AOC continues to advance in its internal transformation with a clear objective: to have a more efficient, structured, collaborative and secure way of working.

Within this framework, the following has been developed and implemented: Address 2.0 model, which is now published as an innovation sheet with the aim of sharing it, documenting it and facilitating the ability of other administrations to adapt it to their own contexts.

This model is the result of an evolutionary process that began years ago, which can be understood from the original Endreça project and its transformation to the current model.

From the Address to the current model

Endreça 2.0 is the evolution of the Endreça project, which was born with the aim of organizing information and supporting digital work following the implementation of teleworking.

With the widespread deployment of remote work during the pandemic and the subsequent definition of AOC's hybrid and flexible work model, the need to go further and define a complete model that structured collaborative work on a day-to-day basis became evident.

A model for working in a more efficient and coordinated way

Endreça 2.0 is not just a set of tools, but a way of working shared by the entire organization, based on:

  • la centralization of information in the cloud, as the only source of work
  • la real-time collaboration about shared documents
  • the use ofunified workspaces from where to chat, meet and access documentation (Teams and SharePoint)
  • la traceability of projects and tasks (JIRA), with more visibility and control
  • a Corporate intranet as a centralized access point to resources, tools and knowledge
  • common criteria for use and governance to ensure consistency throughout the organization
  • and, more recently, the progressive incorporation of the artificial intelligence to streamline tasks and support daily work

This model allows for reducing duplication, improving coordination between teams and guaranteeing the quality and security of information.

Impact on the organization

Since its deployment, Endreça 2.0 has contributed to:

  • reduce the use of email in collaborative work processes
  • promote the widespread use of shared documents in the cloud
  • improve access and location of information
  • strengthen coordination between teams
  • consolidate a collaborative work culture

All of this, aligned with the hybrid work model, contributes to a more efficient, structured and results-oriented organization.

A transferable model

Endreça 2.0 is also an initiative designed to be shared. In fact, it has already begun to be explained and contrasted with other international administrations.ereshealthy in adapting collaborative work models to their organizations.

It should be noted that this model has been implemented in a medium-sized organization (around 85 people), highly digitalized, without face-to-face service and with a consolidated culture of collaborative work. Its application in other contexts may require adaptations depending on the size, type of services and degree of digital maturity.

More information

The innovation sheet includes the model, its pillars and the accumulated learning, with the aim of facilitating its understanding, transfer and reuse by other administrations.
