The AOC participates in the conference of the Generalitat's Business Management Office on proactive services

The Deputy Director of Digital Transformation of the AOC, Pep Budi, participated in the day "How to create or improve proactive services offered by administrations?“, organized by the Business Management Office of the Generalitat de Catalunya where he presented the AOC's initiatives to create proactive and personalized services for the local world.

In his speech at the round table “Lines of work to develop proactive services, experiences and status”, Pep Budi He shared his thoughts on moving towards a more proactive administration and outlined the initiatives that the AOC is developing to help local authorities provide proactive and personalized services. The conference, in which experts in public innovation and digital services participated, concluded that to create proactive digital services it is necessary to:

  • Regulations: proportionality is necessary.
  • Establish an effective culture oriented towards digital service (end-to-end), with data as an asset.
  • Governance based on intra/inter-administrative collaboration.
  • Standardization of criteria and models. Reduce discretion.
  • Common and shared solutions, focused on public impact and value.
