Via Oberta: a simple look at interoperability

To facilitate the electronic exchange of data and documents between administrations and public entities within the framework of an administrative procedure and with the aim of making effective the right of citizens not to provide documents that are already in the possession of Public Administrations, the AOC offers the Catalogue of Interoperable Data and Documents in Catalonia through the servei Via Oberta.

In other words, Via Oberta allows data to be consulted in an interoperable way and, in this way, people interesIn the administrative procedure, they do not have to provide paper certificates and other documents. Access to this service can always be done throughEACAT, but there is also the possibility of integrating queries with the respective case managers.
