Via Oberta: the ACTIC consultation is operational again
To facilitate the electronic exchange of data and documents between administrations and public entities within the framework of an administrative procedure and with the aim of making effective the right of citizens not to provide documents that are already in the possession of Public Administrations, the AOC offers the Catalogue of Interoperable Data and Documents in Catalonia through the Via Oberta service.
In other words, Via Oberta allows data to be consulted in an interoperable way and, in this way, people interested in the administrative procedure do not have to provide certificates and other documents on paper. Access to this service can always be done through EACAT, but there is also the possibility of integrating consultations with the respective file managers.
