Plain language and clear communication in e-TRAM: what we have done and where we are going
Meu Espai has taken a new step forward in linguistic matters with the incorporation of the translation into Aranese, it is born Eth mén space.
The translation was made possible thanks to the collaboration with the Department of Culture and Language of the General Council of Aran, which has been key to validating the linguistic quality of the project and the future maintenance of the translations of the new literals that are incorporated over time.
With this update, we reaffirm our commitment to the cultural and linguistic diversity of the territory.
How to activate translation
To activate it, select Aranese from the language menu at the top right of the screen:
Technological base
Technologically, this new functionality has been carried out thanks to the use of translation files and the engine of the Apertium solution has been taken advantage of, which has allowed the total textual literals of the platform to be extracted and translated. Thus consolidating a hybrid model of language translation that incorporates translations based on files and automated translations via API.
This advance is just one of the improvements you will find in El Meu Espai, a platform designed to facilitate the relationship with public administrations and which is constantly evolving to offer a more agile and close experience.
