Decalogue on innovation and administrative simplification of the Basque Government

This decalogue has been elaborated from the reflections and experiences of the 'Workshop on administrative innovation'which, focusing on the continuous improvement of local government processes, took place last April in Bilbao. In short, the 10 recommendations he makes are:

Manage drawing citizenship in your organization chart and work as a team
Get a 200% e-headquarters
Stop asking for your ID
Delete excess documentation
Commitment to responsible statements and prior communications
We avoid travel to other administrations
Immediate response
Automatically renew
Proceed proactively
Reduce processing times
