The Catalan Administration, more digital: the AOC reaches 2,5 million daily transactions by 2025

The digital transformation of administrations is progressing progressively towards a fully digital country. From the AOC we rigorously evaluate this process of digital transformation and we can affirm that year after year citizens, companies and society in general enjoy the benefits that the digitization of the public sector entails.

El balance of the use of AOC 2025 services shows that the use of digital services has intensified: the number of transactions per day by citizens, companies and administrations has increased to an average of from 2 million at the end of 2024 to 2,5 million at the end of 2025.

The availability of AOC services has increased from 99,8% in 2024 to 99,9% during 2025 and the 80% of users continue to rate it positively or very positively digital public services. The percentage of procedures carried out digitally remains at 78%. Regarding digital processing rights and transparència, the 100% of the Catalan administrations already guarantee them, a figure that has been maintained since 2023.

AOC services generate savings

Support in the digital transformation

In addition to providing digital administration solutions, from the AOC we accompany administrations and public personnel in the digital transformation. In 2024, the support service managed more than 52.000 requests attended by people and 196.000 attended by chatbots; training sessions and conferences were organized and attended by 3.000 people.
