So far this year up to May, the Basic Social Services Areas have made 103.000 user data inquiries through the Via Oberta services integrated in Hestia.
The consultation of the strictly necessary data makes it easier for the social services to carry out their functions by consulting them directly with the organization transferring them (without the need to disturb the citizen, but always with their consent), thus facilitating the accompanying people in their various cases, while saving bureaucratic tasks and avoiding transcription errors and unnecessary loss of time for all parties.
Throughout 2023, more than 153.000 queries were made to Via Oberta from Hestia, with the query to Padró data, as in the present 2024, being the most used, which demonstrates its usefulness in the time to register users to the software.
We remind you that you can check at any time the consumption of Via Oberta data from your ABSS, or from any other ABSS Hèstia throughout the territory, through the report "Consults Via Oberta from Hèstia", included in the "BI Statistics" of the Exploitation module of the application, with weekly data updates.
