Updating configuration modelsERES to adapt them to new standards eSET

The service ERES continues to evolve to facilitate the implementation of a standardized and efficient digital administration. In this sense, the models of help lists for the configuration of the environments have been updated, with the aim of aligning them with the new models of the project eSET .
The eSET is an integrated model of electronic processing that establishes common criteria, resources and good practices to advance towards a homogeneous and interoperable digital administrative management between administrations. This update represents another step in the consolidation of these standards within the service ERES.
New models adapted to eSET
The updated models incorporate the latesteres evolutions of models eSET, like now:
Predefined structure of areas that facilitates the definition of the organizational hierarchy in the tool.
Procedure classification table.
Table of documentary typologies
Benefits for organizations
These models are especially aimed at those entities that:
They do not have a formal definition of their organizational structure for the referral and management of records/cases.
They do not have a defined procedure classification chart.
They have not established their own documentary typologies.
In these cases, the new models allow for a standardized and updated base that facilitates the start-up and daily operations with ERES.
Availability of new models
New users ofERES: Organizations that start using the service from now on can have these new default models by using the loading options, highlighted in the previous images. and available to people with administrator roles.
Current users with models eSET previous: Entities that already use classification tables or document typologies of the model eSET they can adapt their tables to the new models through a new functionality incorporated into the configuration screens, maintaining the correspondence between elements.
However, when the environment of theERES is already active with classified documents/records/files, it is recommended to make the adaptations (remove/add records to the tables) if necessary,directly on the current load instead of replacing it, to avoid inconsistencies with the data of the activity created so far.
