To make the processing of files more agile, ERES 2.0 incorpora una millora important: ara és possible attach documents directly to files fent consultes a Via Oberta without having to leave the application.
This functionality takes advantage of the permisos d’usuari ja configurats a la plataforma EACAT per al servei Via Oberta. Això vol dir que no need to manage additional roles, simplifying the process and saving time.

How to take advantage of the new functionality?
- Si ja tens permisos de Via Oberta: no additional management is required.
Únicament hauràs de seleccionar l’opció Via Oberta i la tipologia documental des de la pantalla per annexar documents a l’expedient:

Other technical improvements
Així mateix, s’ha aprofitat la posada en marxa d’aquesta nova funcionalitat també per afegir algunes modificacions de caire tècnic, relacionades amb l’adaptació de les aplicacions allotjades a l’EACAT current, for the future change towards theEACAT 3.0. Cal destacar que aquestes modificacions, de manera temporal, impliquen que si accediu a l’ERES des de la pestanya aplicacions de l’EACAT actual, tornareu a veure la pantalla d’identificació per l’accés. Si accediu, en canvi, des del nou EACAT 3.0 no es tornaran a demanar les credencials en l’accés a ERES.
