New functionality in ERES 2.0: Attach documents with interoperability data query

To make the processing of files more agile, ERES 2.0 incorporates a major improvement: it is now possible attach documents directly to files fent inquiries to Via Oberta without having to leave the application.

This functionality takes advantage of the user permissions already configured on the platform EACAT for the service Via ObertaThis means that no need to manage additional roles, simplifying the process and saving time.

What services can you consult fromERES?

If your organization has enabled queries from Via Oberta and you have the corresponding permissions, you will be able to access:

  • TGSS: General Treasury of Social Security – Working Life and Social Security Membership Number
    • Working Life 12 months
    • Working Life 5 years
  • General Directorate of Police – DGP – Identity data
    • Identity query without residence data
    • Identity verification without residence data
  • General Directorate of Police – DGP – Legal Residence
    • Legal Residence
  • Ministry of Education – Official qualifications
    • University degrees
    • List of university degrees
    • Non-university degrees
    • List of non-university degrees
  • Directorate General of Traffic -Registration of Vehicles and Drivers
    • Querying a driver's license data
  • Department of Social Rights and Inclusion – DSI – Disabilities
    • Basic data
  • Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC) – Job seekers
    • Job seeker certificate
  • Ministry of Justice – Central Sex Offender Registry
    • Inquiry about the absence of a history of sex crimes

How to take advantage of the new functionality?

  • If you already have permissions to Via Oberta: no additional management is required.

You will only have to select the option Via Oberta and the document typology from the screen to attach documents to the file:

Other technical improvements

Likewise, the launch of this new functionality has also been taken advantage of to add some technical modifications, related to the adaptation of the applications hosted on theEACAT current, for the future change towards theEACAT 3.0. It should be noted that these modifications, temporarily, imply that if you access theERES from the applications tab of theEACAT current, you will see the login screen again. If you access, however, from the new EACAT 3.0 will not ask for credentials again when accessing ERES.
