Inactive user registration in theERES 2.0

With the aim of complying with the recommendations established in terms of safety, soon from the service ERES, a user deletion process will be carried out which will consist of unsubscribe those inactive users in the tool, for more than a year. In this sense, they will be marked as unregistered in theERES people with service permits to EACAT, who either have not made any access to theERES, or, have not accessed after 06/30/2024.

From the AOC we will send an email to the email addresses related to the user ofEACAT of the people affected by the deactivation process.

In case you want to keep the user, you will need to connect to theERES, through the applications tabEACAT, before of the 05 September of 2025. From now on, action will be planned to unsubscribe the inactive until that date.

Once the cancellation has been made, the administrator users of theERES, they can reverse the deactivation process, if necessary, through the unlock action available in the “Users” section of the service:
