The past 15 of October we held a training session to explain how to use the service records module ERESThis session was aimed at both organizations that already use the service and those public entities that are considering implementing it.

What did we see in the session?

During the seminar we reviewed the main functionalities of the module, through the visualization of practical cases, such as:

  • general settings associated with the administrator user of theERES (such as the management of permissions in the Classification Table for the work units that manage the files).
  • management of procedures associated with files relating it to the module functionalities that allow, in an integrated manner, the use of the different services of the AOC, as are the Còpia eNOTUM, The generic delivery of theEACAT eTAULER i theArchive, among others. Also new is the use of various services Via Oberta through theERES.
  • In addition, we made a practical demonstration about how to manage proceedings at the sessions of the governing bodies.
