The strategy Catalonia Future It aims to integrate highly specialized, autonomous and operational people into the teams, who provide new methodologies and solutions to the Administration.
The strategy aims to attract new professional profiles, attract talent to the public sector and promote a vocation for public service.
This is a three-year program to implement the measures derived from the Administration Reform Plan and is aimed at the transformation of public services through digitalization, regulatory simplification and the rationalization of administrative procedures.
