Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
The AOC Consortium is finalizing the details of a new citizenship portal that will be published on January 18, 2024 and that, as one of the main improvements, will allow access to notifications by representatives, since it is integrated with the Represents (Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney for Catalan Public Administrations).
Until now, in order for a representative to be able to access the notifications of an interested party, he had to have a representative certificate (in the case of companies) or, also, be the recipient of the notification. With the new portal, representatives will not need to have a representative certificate or be notified directly, but access will be enabled if this representation is registered in the Representative.
In this way, e-NOTUM will allow access to the notifications of our representatives, if we have a representation registered with the General Representation or body, with full capabilities or with the ability to receive notifications.
Therefore, if there are valid representations at the time of access, the new citizenship portal will allow access to the own notification mailbox or that of the natural or legal person represented and it will be possible to open those notifications created with level equal to or lower than the level of the certificate used to access.
