Beginning 27 in July e-TRAM incorporates a new procedure aimed exclusively at county councils"Settlement of the school transport service by concession companies".
This new procedure is the result of collaboration between theACM Content Area and the AOC Consortium, who have worked together to incorporate it into the e-TRAM catalog and respond to a need detected by the county councils themselves.
The objective is to facilitate the presentation and management of school transport service settlements that concessionaire companies must submit to county councils, through a standardized, simple and completely electronic solution.
Among the main benefits of the new procedure are:
- La homogenization of procedures between administrations.

- The simplification of the electronic relationship between the awarded companies and the county councils.

An more efficient management and transparent settlement process.
How can I activate the procedure if my County Council already uses e-TRAM?
If your county council is an e-TRAM user, you will only need to access the procedures catalogue and activate its availability. To do this, go to Configuration and activate both the procedure sheet like the application form corresponding. You can consult the detailed activation instructions.

What if my County Council doesn't have e-TRAM?
County councils that are not e-TRAM users can also take advantage of this initiative to have the information sheet and the form model, as a reference for designing an equivalent procedure within their own electronic processing platform and offering it to the territory.
