Service cloud migration Representa

On April 22, the portals will be migrated to the cloud. Representa (EACAT and Citizenship). This migration is part of the strategic plan for the cloud transformation of AOC services, initiated in 2022. This process aims to promote the digital transformation of AOC to guarantee the quality of the services it offers.

With this migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS), the service Representa It is incorporated into a global infrastructure that incorporates the following benefits:

  • Immediate and controlled scalability 
  • High security and regulatory compliance 
  • Cost reduction 
  • Availability and continuity of service guaranteed 
  • Simplified management and automatic updates 
  • Adaptation to the needs of the organization

This change not only improves operational efficiency, but also ensures quality and reliable service for users and customers.

This migration will be transparent to service users. The new portals will have a new domain (representa.aoc.cat) but we will maintain the redirects from the old ones. In addition, the service outage will be very brief, within the usual time of Wednesday deployments, therefore, it will not affect the service.
