Beginning 13 in July, e-TRAM expands its range of standard procedures with the incorporation of six new procedures that local entities will be able to activate and publish in their catalog of procedures immediately.
This expansion is part of the continuous improvement of the service and the desire to make standardized processing models available to entities that facilitate the implementation of new digital services, reducing configuration and adaptation efforts.
New procedures available
The new procedures incorporated into the e-TRAM catalog are the following:
Cross-cutting procedures
- Provision of complementary documentation for entry registration or file.
- Submission of bid for minor contract.
These two new procedures were highly demanded by the local world and are now provided within the general catalog of the service.
FUE procedures
Two new procedures are incorporated into the scope of the Business Single Window:
- Decrease in economic activity.
- Municipal license for non-permanent, removable establishments.
These procedures expand the range of procedures available to companies and professionals, facilitating the electronic management of procedures linked to economic activity for local entities.
Urban planning procedures
Two new procedures in the urban planning field are also incorporated:
- Urban planning license for the execution of building works.
- Urban planning license for the demolition of buildings and constructions.
These two procedures have been developed jointly with the Urban Planning Service of the Barcelona Provincial Council, following the line of collaboration initiated in previous actions aimed at expanding and improving the range of urban planning procedures available in e-TRAM and it should also be noted that they have been classified as FUE procedures (optional), since they also facilitate the processing of works linked to economic activities.
The models have been worked on with the aim of offering local entities forms and files adapted to current urban planning regulations and the reference models promoted by the Barcelona Provincial Council.
Specifically, these two urban planning licenses were the most demanded by the local world and begin a new series of works procedures that we will be offering jointly with the Urban Planning Service of the Barcelona Provincial Council, over the course of the coming months.
How to activate the new procedures?
The new procedures will be fully available in the e-TRAM catalog from 13 in July. From the administration environment, entities will be able to search for them, import them into their workspace, adapt them to their needs and publish them in their procedures catalog. Like the rest of the standard e-TRAM procedures, they incorporate the descriptive sheet and electronic form necessary to put them into operation quickly and easily. This allows new digital services to be offered to citizens, companies and professionals with minimal effort.
With this expansion, e-TRAM continues to strengthen its catalog of electronic processing, facilitating the digitalization of local entity procedures and improving the experience of citizens in their relationship with public administrations.
