Multichannel administrative notifications: on paper and electronically
The new citizenship portal e-NOTUM, in production since last February, is a more usable and accessible portal, designed and conceived from the point of view of citizenship, and allows the adaptation of its interface to corporate colors of the user of the service and customize the footer of the emails made available.
The main improvement of the portal is the fact that it is a single notification mailbox and, therefore, a person, once logged in, will find all the notifications sent to him by any issuing body, user of e-NOTUM delivered This mailbox, however, despite being unique, contains the logo and corporate colors of the entity from which it was accessed (either from its headquarters or from the notice of availability ).
So, from the employee portal in EACAT, with the role of Manager, if you access the Configuration > Organization > Organization configuration section, you can:
- customize the color palette ("Ens Customization" option).
- add a support url different from that of the AOC (which will appear at the foot of the e-mails made available) ("Notifications configuration" option).
- add a support telephone number (which will appear at the foot of the emails made available) ("Notification settings" option).

In relation to the logo that appears on each portal, the logo that appears in EACAT is taken and, therefore, if one of us wishes to change it, he must do so by accessing EACAT: Modify logo
The portal is the result of a deep reflection process of all its integrating elements to bring it closer to the public. In this sense, a review of the availability notices that are sent (e-mail and SMS) has been carried out to adapt the text, data and tone of voice to the concept of clear communication and homogenize them with the portal. For this reason, these will not be able to be customized beyond your foot. (Gone are the custom templates that some of us used).
