As a continuation of the post published last September 8, where it was informed of the need for requests for registrations of Via Oberta services to be accompanied both by the legal regulations in Spanish and also by the form where the legal authorization to consult data in Spanish is collected, we announce that these fields have been incorporated as mandatory in the Via Oberta form to avoid requirements that delay the processing and subsequent authorization by the issuers.
This one obligation it's only for those requests for authorizations to be done to any of them data providers that are found within the scope ofGeneral State Administration.
