- Interoperability
The DGT's ATEX5 service closes on September 30
From the Via Oberta Service, we want to emphasize the need for requests for registrations for Via Oberta services to be accompanied, apart from the published legal regulations (generally in Catalan), by the regulations in Spanish .
This one obligation it's only for those requests for authorizations to be done to any of them data providers that are found within the scope ofGeneral State Administration.
The reason why it is essential to attach the documentation in Spanish is because, once the request for authorization presented through EACAT by any Catalan Public Administration has been received; from the AOC Consortium it is sent to the State Intermediation Platform, which is also responsible for referring requests to each of the data issuers; it being necessary for them to verify the legal performance of access to the requested data.
So much so that the legal regulations in Spanish must be attached, proof of access to any of the data offered by issuers that are within the scope of the AGE and thus avoid requirements that often delay authorization presented In the event that the publication is not available in Spanish, the Data Intermediation Platform supports the literal translation of the regulations.
This requirement is given also in the form where the legal authorization to consult the data is collected, which is why the application form in Spanish or its translation must also be attached.
However, for the cases of procedures of electronic processing, the URL of the procedure and the corresponding translation must be attached.
Important:
We remind you that the request form must include the consent of the citizen in the event that it is required or the informative text informing him of the data that will be consulted (or that the data indicating the bases or call) as well as the mechanism that is available to the citizen to exercise his right of justified opposition to the processing of the data (including the transfer thereof) according to Art. 28 of law 39/2015.
