Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
In the coming days, functional and corrective improvements will be added to the service e-TRAM 2.0 i "My Space".
Currently, the e-TRAM 2.0 service, which is active in 225 entities, has already exceeded 100.000 procedures and has a catalog of about fifty procedures available with self-management capacity by user entities.
For its part, "My space" is available as an inter-administrative citizen folder to more than 800 entities, and since the start of the service (October 15, 2020) have already exceeded 200.000 users, 500.000 sessions and the million page views.
During this year we continue to work both to improve the performance of both services and, in the specific case of e-TRAM 2.0, to encourage the migration of version 1.0. It's important to be proactive in migrating to this new version, so you can email us (indicating a contact) at dinamitzacio@aoc.cat, and we will contact you as soon as possible so that we can prioritize it and speed up its migration.
Expected improvements to e-TRAM 2.0
All of them will be available for deployment upon activation. Remember that in e-TRAM 2.0 the activation is done by the bodies themselves from the editing environment.
With the participation of both the legal consultancy and the Data Protection Officer, intense work has been done to adjust the different procedures to improve their content and specificities.
To make it more practical at the record level, which in many cases collected this information in the "Subject" field, the length has been reduced to a maximum of 200 characters.

The e-TRAM 2.0 procedures will soon have a box that will allow them to validate a representation with the REPRESENTA service. In this version we have already deployed this integration in production, and we will soon start piloting so that in a few weeks this box can be activated automatically in all procedures. In this sense, when the citizen uses representation as a method of managing representations and powers of attorney, we will receive it in the entry register (via MUX Download) one more attachment with the evidence of the representation made.

Expected improvements to "My space"
In the case of "My Space" Efforts are also being made to provide it with more and better services, such as advancing in a “folder hub” that encourages them to publish information on actions and files of their own solutions (registration, files… ), to advance in services that promote the proactivity of the public administrations towards the citizenship, or as in this next deployment, to begin to renew its image.
This redesign will be deployed gradually on the different screens in the next deployments, but for now you can find the first changes implemented in some of the screens, such as the same cover ("man"):
At the citizen level, and through access to a more visual report, it is now easier for citizens to interpret the bodies that display data on the service.
Improvements have also been made in aspects of navigability as a review of the inclusive communication.
When will we do the deployment work?
