"El Meu Espai"" is the inter-administrative citizen folder offered by the AOC with the Electronic Office service and Transparència. This module is part of the MyGov initiative promoted by the AOC to offer personalized, proactive and transversal services. Citizens are increasingly demanding agile, easy and secure public services. People want to know what data the administrations have, how and why they exchange it or in what precise state their requests are. And they ask for it in mobile, usable and simple environments.
"El Meu Espai", available since October 15, 2020, responds to this need and representa an important qualitative leap to improve the relations between citizens and public administration, with a transversal, personalized and proactive vision.
What are the objectives of "El Meu Espai"?
- That the public can consult all its procedures and actions, with an inter-administrative view from the website of any administration, in accordance with the legal obligations of the Electronic General Access Point regulated in Law 39/2015, of 1 of October, of the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
- That the public can consult their personal data and know the use made by public administrations, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Advance proactively to cover new needs of citizens, safely and promoting usability and accessibility.
How do I get into “El Meu Espai"?
To access "El Meu Espai"you must enter the electronic headquarters of each entity and authenticate yourself using Idcat Mobile, Digital Certificate, Cl@ve or almost any other authentication system.
What information does it offer?El Meu Espai"?
AOC services
- e-TRAM: information on the procedures carried out using the e-TRAM solution in any entity.
- e-NOTUM: consultation of all available notifications and communications from all administrations with a cross-sectional view. The consultation of the content and practice of electronic notifications is carried out within the e-NOTUM service.
- Via Oberta (traces): consultation of the traces (not personal data) of the consultations carried out by the Catalan administrations of data or documents of a person. The traces include information relating to: organization, service consulted, purpose, file number and date.
- VALID: consultation of authentications or electronic signatures made with the processing portals of the AOC services and the portals of the Catalan administrations
General State Administration
- Information on procedures and actions available at the General Electronic Access Point of the General State Administration.
Note: due to an incident in the AGE this integration has not been operational lately and we do not have a resolution date.
What should I do if I am an interessat in giving access to “El Meu Espai” from the corporate website?
The module “El Meu Espai” is available to all public administrations and public sector entities in Catalonia. It is accessible:
- Automatically for entities that are already users of the Seu-e service and Transparència, and e-TRAM (unless otherwise indicated). Access to “El Meu Espai" is carried out from a section accessible to the Seu-e service and Transparència of each entity. In the future, and in the new e-TRAM (currently in piloting) it will have a prominent space in the catalog of procedures.
- Catalan public entities that do not use Open Government services (Seu-e i Transparència) nor the AOC e-TRAM must make a request throughEACAT.
