Thursday, Sept. 3 at 16 p.m., a new version of Hèstia will be deployed that will provide the following improvements to professional users:
- Improved alert module + 1 new "Modified files of which I am a reference”: All alerts can be exported to Excel and the Task Alert has been improved.
- Official summons: from the SSB file a person can be summoned by means of an e-mail communication. This "Cite d'ofici" will generate an automatic processing action in the file.
- Sending the appointment reminder by SMS: activates theSMS to send appointment reminder to the people whose mobile phone is available. This option has no cost to ABSS.
- Team meetings: the professionals of the team will be able to be summoned to meetings by means of the Agenda. These types of meetings can be created by any professional and only he can modify and delete them, except for the coordinators who have permissions in the sector / subsector of the meeting who will also be able to modify these entries in the Agenda. They will not count for memory purposes.
- DTASF GABSS report: a new report called “ABSS activity + COVID-19 escalation”To make it easier for the ABSS to obtain the new data required by the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families on a monthly basis.
- Automatic 1.1.1 resource on new SSB exps: when opening an SSB file, a resource will be automatically generated “1.1.1. Basic social care service ”.
- Added CIP as a criterion in the search engine: you can search the CIP of the people served if we have it listed in the Person File.
- Extended RIC grants: the resources shown in the RIC have been extended to all the resources granted, except for the resource “1.1.1. Basic social care service ”.
- Export to excel the reports of Provision of social emergency for supplies of the house.
- Register new ABSS users: Initial password for SMS on mobile. This data will not be saved in the system, if the professional does not want it. Professionals who have reported their mobile phone in the "Personal details" section of the professional file will also receive a notification of password changes that they request using the "I forgot my password" option via an SMS on their mobile phone.
