The AOC, in collaboration with the Consortium of University Services of Catalonia (CSUC) and the Open Government Network of Catalonia (XGOC), has made a specialized and personalized assistant available to Catalan universities to guide them in the implementation and management of the Internal Alert System (SIA).
This new resource aligns with the regulatory framework of Law 2/2023 and aims to make the adoption of public integrity policies more agile and efficient, while simplifying access for users.
Personalized guided assistant for the university environment
This personalized guided assistant It makes it easier for whistleblowers to easily find the appropriate alert channels according to the nature of what they want to communicate and links directly to the information in each case and for each entity.
The tool is a step-by-step interface that accompanies any person in the university environment (student, faculty or PAS) when making a communication within the alert channel: you don't need to know how the internal system works, nor have legal knowledge. You just need to follow simple and clear questions.
With the guided assistant:
- The barrier to entry is reduced.
- Errors in the information sent are avoided
- The quality of communications is improved.
- Confidence in the system is strengthened
