e-TRAM obtains accessibility certification: another step towards an inclusive administration

The online processing service e-TRAM has recently achieved the 1-star accessibility certification, awarded by Tothomweb, which evaluates compliance with web accessibility guidelines.

The score obtained in the TOTHOMweb Accessibility Score has been:

  • 7,33/10 in the procedures catalog
  • 7,92/10 on the forms to complete the procedures

This score corresponds to 1 out of 3 stars from the Accessibility Seal (i.e., more than 6/10), reaffirming the AOC Consortium's commitment to a more accessible digital administration for everyone.

Commitment to continuous improvement

An accessible administration is an administration inclusiveImproving digital accessibility guarantees equal opportunities, complies with current regulations and offers services adapted to the needs of all people.

This recognition is just the first step. The AOC Consortium will continue working to improve the accessibility of the service and plans to achieve, during the 2026, the 2 stars of the Seal (starting 8/10), making it even easier for everyone to use digital services without barrierseres.
