From Wednesday, November 27, the new EACAT is already a reality. This platform representa a significant evolution in the way we work, collaborate and manage inter-administrative processing.
what's new
The novelties that you will now find at your disposal are:
Catalog of services and procedures. With a more intuitive visualization and the following features that will make it easier for you to find what you are looking for.ereshi:
Predictive search, with an improved and assisted search engine where you will find what you need quickly and efficiently.
Filter bar, to narrow down the search results better.
Favorite services, to create direct access to those services that interest youeresno more.
Procedures about to be completed, so you don't forget to process them.
Request access to a service from your manager.
Improved and friendlier service and procedure sheet.
Processing space redesigned, from where to access the processing of your files. Among the new features, you will find:
Favorite searches, to save the ones you use the most.
Filter bar, to better refine the search results.
Improved process trays.
New design of the details of the procedure to view the documentation and other related procedures.
New actions like: share file, assign a person in charge, view the service file, consult the processing history and respond.
In this phase, the processing of the forms it will continue to be done with PDF technology or with web forms from'EACAT Classic. Once processed, you can view them in the new Processing Area.

View contact details, change your password and set certain preferences.
Find out who your manager is and get in touch with him.
Consult the inter-administrative processing services to which you have access, with the option of requesting it from your manager if you do not have one.
Check the permissions of the different AOC services to which you have access. For now, only EACAT Procedures.
Coexistence between theEACAT Classic and the new EACAT
In this new stage, you will be able to continue using theEACAT Classic as ever, with all available functionalities. At the moment, the two platforms coexist so that the process of learning and getting familiar with the new platform is as easy as possible.
To access there are two URLs, but the same credentials.
Everything that is processed is consolidated between the two platforms.
