The Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney offered by the AOC Consortium, until now, only allowed the registration of representations without attached documentation, when it was at the request of the principal, with the subsequent acceptance of the representant. From now on, the creation of registrations at the request of representawithout attached documentation (with subsequent acceptance by the principal).
This new functionality will allow you to expand the representations that can be registered without attached documentation, avoiding the inconvenience caused by the need to attach documentation that endorses the representation (as before): document format, validation time, difficulty in verifying authenticity, etc. In this way, time and inconvenience will be saved, both on the part of citizens (when attaching the documentation in the correct electronic format) and on the part of public administrations (when reviewing the attached documentation).
This functionality is currently only operational at integration level, but it is expected to be available on the portals at the end of July.
