Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
The AOC Consortium has carried out a process of reviewing the different email models and simplifying them, as well as a complete redesign of the templates to offer users a simpler, clearer and more accessible experience, in from the design system of the AOC Consortium.
What's new in our email templates?

- Clarity of Information: We have reorganized and structured the information so that it is easily understandable. We want them to know exactly what they need to know at a glance.
- Improved accessibility: We have strived to make our templates more accessible to all users. We've improved readability and navigation to ensure that information is accessible to everyone.
- Modern and Attractive style: We have adopted a modern and attractive style, based on the citizenship design system, which not only meets today's visual standards, but also makes reading our mails a pleasant experience.
