By informing the contractual activity of your body in the Public Register of Contracts of the Generalitat de Catalunya, you comply with the obligation established in article 346 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP ), relating to the communication of Contracts to the Register of Public Sector Contracts, given that it is from this tool, managed by the aforementioned Technical Secretariat and implemented by the AOC Consortium to local entities and Catalan universities, that the information in the Public Register of Public Sector Contracts of the Ministry of Finance.
By incorporating this information into your RPC, is also carried out
submission corresponding to the Audit Office.
From the AOC Consortium we would like to remind you, in this sense, of the obligation to use this service also for the submission of contractual situations (modifications, extensions and settlements).
