As part of the continuous improvement of eProcurement services, the next version of the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP), scheduled for late June or early July 2026, will incorporate an update to the aggregated publication templates.
This modification mainly responds to functional adaptations aimed at optimizing the automatic transfer of contract information to the Public Contract Registry (RPC), with the aim of strengthening data quality, facilitating interoperability and reducing possible integration incidents.

The modifications affect the templates of aggregated publications in three areas of minor contracts, contracts based on framework agreements and specific contracts of dynamic purchasing systems, specifically .
Minor contracts
- Column is deleted. “LOT NUMBER”
- Optional column added “STUDY OR OPINION”
Contracts based on framework agreement
- Column added “FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT LOT NUMBER”
- Column names are updated to improve clarity:
- “TOTAL NUMBER OF LOTS” it happens to be "TOTAL NUMBER OF BATCHES OF THE BASED CONTRACT"
- “LOT NUMBER” it happens to be “BASED CONTRACT LOT NUMBER”
- “LOT DESCRIPTION” it happens to be “DESCRIPTION OF THE LOT OF THE CONTRACT BASED”
Specific contracts for dynamic purchasing systems
- Column added “DYNAMIC REFERENCE SYSTEM CATEGORY NUMBER”
- Column names are updated:
- “TOTAL NUMBER OF LOTS” it happens to be “TOTAL NUMBER OF LOTS OF THE SPECIFIC CONTRACT”
- “LOT NUMBER” it happens to be “SPECIFIC CONTRACT LOT NUMBER”
- “LOT DESCRIPTION” it happens to be “DESCRIPTION OF THE LOT OF THE SPECIFIC CONTRACT”
These modifications are important because they will improve the alignment of information with the Public Registry of Contracts and reduce errors in the way data is reported that prevent integration and transmission to the RPC
