Under the communication regime, depending on the activity and the size or capacity of the establishments, in some cases it will only be necessary to incorporate a technical certificate; and, in others, a technical project will also be provided with a more accurate technical description of the regulatory compliance of this activity, in order to protect the general interest.
In this sense, in order to achieve these new challenges imposed on us by the Facilitation Act, from the AOC Consortium together with the Office of Business Management, we are reviewing all the mandatory procedures that companies must do with local administrations for the its legalization and throughout its life cycle.
