Graphic resources to promote the use of the service “El Meu Espai", the inter-administrative citizen folder

Since October 15, public entities have had the service "El Meu Espai", the inter-administrative citizen folder offered by the AOC with the electronic Office service and TransparènciaThis module is part of the MyGov initiative promoted by the AOC to offer personalized, proactive and transversal services.
"El Meu Espai" is a citizen folder with an inter-administrative vision that currently includes all the procedures and actions carried out by citizens with the majority of services provided by the AOC and the General Electronic Access Point of the State, but designed so that other sources can be integrated. In addition, people will be able to consult their personal data and services will be offered to them proactively.
To publicize this innovative people-centered service, no matter where you live and with which administration you interact, the AOC makes available to the administrations that already offer it the set of graphic resources of the service "El Meu Espai”To disseminate it. These resources are designed to be promoted in these environments:

We offer you a video and a set of banners promoting “El Meu Espai” in different sizes and proportions, animated or non-animated so that you can insert it into your corporate or thematic web set of your administration. We also offer you the editable file, to customize it to your characteristics.

You can promote "El Meu Espai” of your Electronic Office on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or others where you have a presence. For these channels I have thought of a 5-week program, where each week it is recommended to publish a different message. These 5 messages each consist of a brief text and a support (image or video) adapted for this format.

What should I do if I am an interessat in giving access to “El Meu Espai” from the corporate website?
The module “El Meu Espai” is available to all public administrations and public sector entities in Catalonia. It is accessible:
Automatically for entities that are already users of the Seu-e service and Transparència, and e-TRAM (unless otherwise indicated). Access to “El Meu Espai" is carried out from a section accessible to the Seu-e service and Transparència of each entity. In the future, and in the new e-TRAM (currently in piloting) it will have a prominent space in the catalog of procedures.
Catalan public entities that do not use Open Government services (Seu-e i Transparència) nor the AOC e-TRAM must make a request throughEACAT.
