Since October 15, public bodies have had at their disposal the “My Space” service, the inter-administrative citizen folder offered by the AOC with the Electronic Office and Transparency service. This module is part of the MyGov initiative that drives the AOC to provide personalized, proactive and cross-cutting services.
“El Meu Espai” is a citizen folder with an inter-administrative vision that today includes all the procedures and actions carried out by citizens with most of the services provided by the AOC and the General Electronic Access Point of the State. , but designed to integrate other sources. In addition, people will be able to consult their personal data and will be offered services proactively.
To publicize this innovative people-centered service, no matter where you live and with which administration you interact, the AOC makes available to the administrations that already offer it the set of graphic resources of the service “My Space”To disseminate it. These resources are designed to be promoted in these environments:
We offer you a video and a set of banners promoting "My Space" in different sizes and proportions, animated or not animated for you to insert in your set of corporate or thematic websites of your administration. We also offer the editable file, to customize it to your characteristics.
You can promote "My Space" of your e-Office on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or others where you have a presence. For these channels I thought of a 5-week program, where each week it is recommended to post a different message. These 5 messages each consist of a short text and a medium (image or video) adapted for this format.
