Get your T-CAT P Certificate without leaving home (T-CAT messenger does not work)

Given the exceptional state of alarm caused by SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus, the courier services used by the AOC, for sending cards with digital certificates (T-CAT), do not work since March 18.

This is why we ask you to request software certificates (T-CAT P) that can be generated and delivered virtually without any problems.

Therefore, we ask that you wait for the completion of the Alarm Status for all issues on card support that are not urgent and essential.

Only in those very exceptional cases, and due to the extreme need, we will be able to carry out certificates on card support and will deliver them, whenever possible, through an individual courier service to the addresses you indicate.

This request must be made once the certificate has been requested. EACAT, via ticket to our user service center, so that the urgency can be assessed prior to issuance. Once the case is accepted, the certificate will be generated which, at the billing level, will be considered an ordinary issuance.
