Change of location of records from the year 2023 to ERES

With the aim of optimizing the operation of the service ERES, once a year we change the location of records that are more than two years old, to a space accessible from the application itself, specifically for accessing historical dataIn this way they are no longer accessible from the daily use environment and do not penalize the performance of the tool.

Thus, we inform you that from 02/03/2026 and until 16/03/2026, we will execute a new sending process, in the historical records environment, of all those entry and exit records, that have a date prior to 01/01/2024, to limit their access from the non-historical environment of the service.

These records and their documentation will continue to be accessible to users with the Administrator role of the environment from the screen below. Additionally, the rest of the users of the tool can view, if they wish, the notes of the records in the lists, by checking the filter of search in history, available for all service roles.
