The ERES 2.0 service has launched in its latest version, a functionality that will allow the periodic cleaning of records that are more than two years old for closed years.
The change consists in enabling, for the service administrator role, a space through which the records of the environment are displayed, distributed in calendar years by registration date and among these, those that, to overcome the two years of age defined to take them into account in the process, have already been passed to the historical environment (also accessible from the same screen).
The objective of this functionality is both technical maintenance and optimization of the performance of the tool, as well as functional improvement because it provides an access space, for administrative users, to the settlement register books, from a specific data collection site that is no longer alive at the record management level.
during the month ofOctober 2024 it is planned to carry out the first process of historicizing registration data in ERES 2.0, so that all entry and exit records that have a date prior to 01/01/2022 will no longer be visible in the usual environment of the ERES to become searchable through the historical mode of the service, accessible from this new screen.
This historification does not imply any loss of information for user bodies. Only that the data that is no longer active in the tool will be accessible from another space and only by the administrators of the service.
