Get ready for the new experience EACAT Procedures

On November 27, we are launching a renewed platform that represents a good opportunity to improve and modernize the way of processing between the Catalan public administrations.

Read on to find out what this new tool has to offer.

What awaits you in the new EACAT?

The new EACAT redefines the work experience with a more efficient and user-friendly platform that promotes new levels of connectivity to facilitate collaboration between professionals. In addition, its intuitive design and the use of accessible and inclusive language guarantee an adapted experience for all users.

What will you do in the new year? EACAT and what will you do in the current version?

Below we detail which tasks will be available on the new platform from launch and which will remain provisionally in the current version.

The new EACAT:

  • Use the new catalog to start the procedures you need, with an improved search engine and new filters, as long as you have the permissions of your manager.
  • If the procedure is in PDF, it will be downloaded directly. If it is a web form, you will access the old platform and, therefore, it is necessary that you have access permissions to the service inEACAT classic.
  • Ask your manager for access to inter-administrative processing services if you don't have one.
  • Check the received and sent procedures to which you have access in a renewed processing space, with synchronization that integrates the new EACAT the procedures of theEACAT classic.
  • Share files with other users who do not have access to them.
  • Indicate the person responsible for processing the file to better distribute workloads.
  • Consult your personal space to change your password and find out which inter-administrative processing services you have access to.
  • Use the generic services section, with links that take you to theEACAT classic for processing generic submissions, submission of writings and documents, sending edicts and the registration window.
  • Access the different services of the AOC (e-NOTUM, Còpia, ERES, SIR, registration, etc.)

At theEACAT Classic:

  • Process TR or HTML5 web forms.
  • Work with trays: in draft, to edit procedures in web technology that you have not completed, and to sign web forms.
  • Consult the register of qualified officials.
  • Consult the information of the Current Affairs.

In this new stage, you will be able to continue using theEACAT Classic as ever, with all available functionalities. At the moment, the two platforms coexist so that the process of learning and getting familiar with the new platform is as easy as possible.

What resources do you have to help you work on the new EACAT?

The online sessions scheduled for the 22nd, 25th and 26th of November have already sold out, and it is not possible to register for them at the moment. We are studying the possibility of organizing new sessions. If they are finally scheduled, we will inform you through the usual channels. In addition, we will record one of the sessions and publish it on training campus so that everyone can access it.
