Sending authentic copies of complaint tickets, made with the Cópia service, to the Catalan Traffic Service

During the last few weeks we have received information from some councils regarding the need to issue authentic copies of an original on paper, through our Copy service, to be accepted for the procedure of sending complaint forms. enabled in EACAT (SCT - Delivery of complaint forms from the Service), of the Catalan Traffic Service.

After analyzing the situation with the recipient body of the copies and transfer the information in relation to the functionality of generation of authentic paper document copy of our Copy service, we inform you, that this type of copies, are valid and will be accepted for this procedure by the Catalan Traffic Service, taking into account that they comply with the requirements of the authentic copies established in the current regulations.
