The AOC consolidates its chatbots with AI: more people served, high level of quality and 96% savings
The AOC's corporate documentary repository, SAVE IT, has recently surpassed the milestone of 300 million documents, managing a volume of 82 TB of information from more than 2.000 Catalan public administration bodies. These figures confirm the success of the AOC's new ICT model based on a native public cloud architecture, a strategy that guarantees scalability, efficiency, robustness, performance and security.
The service ensures the custody and availability of documents throughout their life cycle: from capture, cataloguing and indexing, to search, retrieval and long-term preservation. Thanks to its open architecture and accessible via API, DESA'L facilitates simple and flexible interoperability that complies with the National Interoperability Scheme (ENI) in an integrated manner.
Another outstanding aspect of DESA'L is its compliance with the high-level National Security Scheme (ENS)This certification accredits compliance with the most demanding requirements and standards in terms of confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity and traceability of sensitive citizen data.
