Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?
The documentary repository of AOC services, DESA'L, has obtained certification of compliance with the National Security Scheme (ENS) in the high category, in accordance with what is established in Royal Decree 311/2022, which regulates the National Security Scheme. El DESA’L és el servei que permet la gestió de documents i expedients electrònics de les administracions públiques catalanes durant el període de tramitació d’aquests, mentre romanen oberts i fins el seu tancament, moment en que han de ser transferits a l’arxiu digital definitiu.
Obtaining this certificate certifies that the AOC's DESA'L meets the information security requirements required by law to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
DESA'L is the first AOC service accredited with this certification and is part of the AOC's strategy to obtain certification for the entire set of services it provides to public administrations. The AOC is the 14th public body to obtain this certification at state level and the second in the Catalan area.
