Conclusions of the workshop on the AOC's electronic records archiving services

Within the framework of the workshop held on November 10, aimed at identifying the problems and needs faced by local entities in relation to the closure and archiving of files, as well as possible improvements and solutions to the AOC's electronic archive service, several structural, organizational and technological shortcomings in this area were highlighted.

In this context, we bring you the summary of the conclusions of the debate, which included the participation of representatives of the provincial councils, regional councils and town halls, as well as the Association of Professionals in Archiving and Document Management of Catalonia, the Generalitat of Catalonia and Localret.

These contributions will be transferred to the different actors involved with the aim of assessing them jointly and defining a possible roadmap.
