The importance of the amendment period in the Digital Maturity Index (IMD)
How could we go from sending 90% of paper notifications to mostly electronic notifications?
Currently, the city councils of Catalonia alone spend more than 90 million euros each year on notifications and communications by post. We believe that we can generate a saving of 80% (ie 72 million euros) if the administrations effectively and intelligently apply the obligations provided for in Law 39/2015.
So we set fire to paper notifications and look for new channels and procedural improvements. Can you help us?
If you feel innovative and like to collaborate in improving administration, we invite you to participate in a new challenge within the Nextinit collective creativity platform, a platform that we use to generate innovative ideas to the challenges posed with the participation of users, whether public workers and / or citizens.
This is the new challenge:
"How could we go from sending 90% of paper notifications to mostly electronic submissions, saving you time and speeding up your processing time?"
Take part in this challenge
We take advantage of the potential of Nextinit to pose challenges that we at AOC consider relevant. With your ingenuity and "gamification" techniques you have to provide solutions to the challenges we want to find exciting and help us transform the Administration.
In addition to being creative proposing ideas you will also need to be a smart investor, investing your budget in the ideas that you think is the winner. You can check the video to understand how Nextinit works.
Collaboration is the key to innovation, we count on you!
