New functionalities of theiArxiu (December 2013)

In order to be adapting theiArxiu to the needs of Catalan administrations, a new version of the platform was deployed on December 10th iARXIU which includes the following improvements:

  • Improvements in stock registration
  • Generating a report (Excel) of the results of a search in the query menu
  • Improvements in the ordering of documents that are part of a file
  • Disposition policy changes: control fields to report when a policy is registered / modified
  • Improvements in migration policies: incorporation of PDF format / and streamlining of supported formats
