Notifications of traffic fines

From 25 May, all local administrations with jurisdiction over traffic will be required to electronically notify traffic sanctions, as established in Law 18/2009, of 23 November, which amends the articulated text of the Law on Traffic, Motor Vehicle Traffic and Road Safety.

From the AOC Consortium we have signed an agreement with the Catalan Traffic Service - which is already using the e-NOTUM service for this purpose since the end of 2010 - which defines the actions to be carried out so that the bodies Catalan locals can electronically notify traffic fines to citizens who have registered with the Electronic Road Address (AEV).
