How to apply for the service
1. If you are a public sector entity of the Generalitat:
Those responsible for registering on the e-BOARD must contact the Face-to-Face and Quality Care Area of the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience: atenciopresencial.dgac@gencat.cat
2. If you are NOT a public sector entity of the Generalitat:
Access the procedure you will find, a EACAT Procedures (consult how to join EACAT)> provider Consorci AOC, Service CAOC – Request for services > “Application for registration and modification of AOC services” procedure.
It is important to consider:
- That form must be downloaded from the entity that asks the service.
- In order to be able to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you “CAOC service - Request for Services”.
- That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will have to be signed electronically and send it via the "Submit" button on the form itself or throughEACAT Procedures> Registration window.
- It is essential to transfer exclusively an Electronic Seal certificate to use the services of the AOC, consult the following FAQ How do I apply for an AOC Electronic Seal?
We are dependent
The dependent entities are entities with their own legal personality, but linked to a main body or holder of the e-TAULER service, whose citizen portal they want to publish their ads instead of publishing them on their own portal.
The affiliation of the dependent entities must be authorized and requested by the person in charge of the e-TAULER of the main body through the form of initial registration or subsequent modification of the service.
The users of the dependent entities are registered by the manager of this entity in EACAT, who manage their own ads from a specific management environment and specific to the dependent entity in question. (v. E-BOARD user manual, point 4)

1.- Approve theOrdinance regulating type of electronic administration promoted by Localret.
2.- Regulate the electronic board by decree Regulation of the diffusion of information of the municipal administration and edict board promoted by Localret.
