The Contractor Profile now automatically transfers data to the Public Register of Contracts

Local entities and universities already have a key improvement in public procurement management in place: the integration of the Contractor Profile with the Public Register of Contracts (RPC).

What does the integration of the two tools entail?
Now, when you publish a file on Publications Manager of the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP), the data will be automatically transferred to the RPCThis eliminates duplication and simplifies the process, applying the “once only” principle.

Main benefits:

  • Time saving: Fewer manual tasks and more agility.
  • Reliability: Coherent and updated information on all platforms.
  • Efficiency: Simpler and more integrated procedures.

This functionality is part of theCatalan strategy for improving public procurement 2022-2026, which advocates for a more efficient and transparent administration.

What should you take into account?:

Remember to check the shipping console at RPC to identify those publications that require some data adjustment, or by amending the PSCP, or from the own RPC, so that the transmission is completed correctly.

In these cases, the tool will additionally send you an email informing you of the reason why the automatic submission was not made.
