The digital transformation of administrations is progressing progressively towards a fully digital country. From the AOC we rigorously evaluate this process of digital transformation and we can affirm that year after year citizens, companies and society in general enjoy the benefits that the digitization of the public sector entails.
El balance of the use of AOC 2023 services shows that the use of digital services has intensified: the number of transactions per day for citizens, companies and administrations has increased, up to more than1,5 million in 2023.
The availability of AOC services has remained at 99,7% and 80% of users rate digital public services positively or very positively. The percentage of procedures carried out digitally is growing shyly: from 77% in 2022 to 78% in 2023. With regard to digital processing rights and transparency, the 100% of the Catalan administrations already guarantee them, one point more than in 2022.
According to the AOC methodology, using AOC services saves time, paper and money. Specifically, 4 hours per person per year, 11 documents annually and 570 million euros.
In addition to providing digital administration solutions, from the AOC we accompany administrations and public personnel in the digital transformation. In 2023 the support service handled more than 92.000 requests and we organized training sessions and workshops attended by more than 6.000 people.
To be able to relate to the Administration from home, a digital identity is essential. Currently, we have already delivered 3,8 million mobile idCAT or certified idCAT identities.
