CO2 emissions and electricity category: new data for the calculation of environmental bonuses for the management of the IVTM

As we told you in April this year, the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) has created a specific service to consult the data of a vehicle for the management of the IVTM.

To the data that was returned until now, such as registration data, the description, the fiscal address, the procedures, the ITV, the insurance and the owners, two technical data are now added that will be used to properly value the environmental bonuses.

These data are the CO2 emissions of the vehicle and its electrical category. Specifically, the values ​​returned can be the following: battery electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and extended range vehicles.
