The General Directorate of Traffic has created a specific service to consult the data of a vehicle for the management of the IVTM. Vehicle details such as registration details, description, tax address, paperwork, VAT, insurance and owners are returned; among others. In accordance with the communication issued by the Data Intermediation Platform (PID), from June 1 all inquiries currently made for this purpose will need to be made through this new product. All previous authorizations for IVTM management will be removed.
Regarding the entities affected by this migration process to the new service, the AOC Consortium is processing the authorizations ex officio and a formal statement will be sent to EACAT to each entity.
The General Directorate of Traffic indicates the Web page that, for the management of the IVTM, access to pre-registered vehicles (e-ITV) cannot be given to the PID, since this access is a service that is accessed through the tax's telematics records and is it is a differential service.
